Our service fee is a fixed rate for the different classes of transactions. We offer our clients and partners only savings across all transactions (please see savings for Landlords and Sellers).

With technoogy as the mainstay platform, there will be efficiencies to reap. For one, properties get taken a lot quicker. Transactional issues are also easily removed/reduced. Furthermore, with our interface as simple as it is, it just helps  Tenants and Buyers.

Our platform uses videos, virtual panoramas and photos to market your property. The video/photo shoots will be carried out by our tech team (at no charge!)

We are not all “new school” because we still offer you the conventional (or traditional) value-added services:

To help move the marketing along, physical presence can be quite necessary at times. There may come a need to address buyer/tenant’s concerns. For this, our sales team will be ready to carry this out.

We are on hand to provide standard documents for use in the sale and rental of properties. We will also offer our legal panel to assist if there should be a need for terms and conditions which may be out of the norm. Feel free to consult with us. 

Owners will at times need a lending hand to prepare documents e.g., Inventory List, etc. Our sales team can assist in this and can also be  present to assist owners in the handover of the property (for a nominal fee, please contact us.) Wth our experience, you can rest assured that we will be on hand for any issues that may arise.
